| Hours: | Monday - Friday 10AM to 8PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM, and Sunday 12PM to 5PM. Open daily except on major holidays. Hours subject to change. Walks must be completed in daylight. Best to call to confirm hours of operation and during inclement weather. |
| Distances/Trails: | The Burke Centre 10KM trail begins and ends at the start point. It is rated 1+ and is not sutiable for wheelchairs or strollers except for large-wheel "off-road" strollers. It is mostly on paved sidewalks with some natural-surface segments. It weaves through parks and around a small lake as well as through residential neighborhoods in Burke Centre. The Burke 10KM Lake trails starts at Burke Lake, a 3 mile drive from the start point. The trail is rated 1+ and is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. This trail proceeds on paved paths, sidewalks, and natural-surface trails around Burke Lake, a popular recreational destination in Central Fairfax County. Shorter 5KM alternatives are also available for the above trails. Note: there is a fee to enter Burke Lake if you are not a resident of Fairfax County. |

| Stipulations: | Pets must be under control at all times and must be picked up after. Pets are not allowed in the start point. Restrooms, water, and food will be available in the shopping center of the the start point and at the Lake. Restrooms are available at several locations along both trails. |

Via I-66: From I-66, take exit 55 (Fairfax County Parkway/VA7100) south towards Fairfax. Continue south on the Fairfax County Pkwy for about 5.2 miles until you reach Burke Centre Parkway. Turn left on Burke Centre Pkwy and drive east for about 0.7 miles to Ox Road (VA-123). Continue straight across Ox Rd and drive for another block. Turn left into the shopping center lot. The Potomac River Running store is next to the CVS store. From I-495 via Braddock Rd: From the Capital Beltway(I-495), take Exit 54A (Braddock Rd West) toward Fairfax. Continue west on Braddock Rd (VA-620) for about 6.0 miles. Soon after passing entrances to George Mason University on your right and a shopping center on your left, turn left on Ox Rd (VA-123) and head south for about 2.5 miles to Burke Centre Parkway. Turn left on Burke Centre Parkway to head east for one block. Turn left into the shopping center lot. The Potomac River Running store is next to the CVS store. |
