| Hours: | Monday - Friday 10AM to 8PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM, and Sunday 12PM to 5PM. Open daily except on major holidays. Hours subject to change. Walks must be completed in daylight. Best to call to confirm hours of operation and during inclement weather. |

The 10KM trail follows sidewalks and paved paths through shopping areas, residential nieghborhoods, recreational areas around lakes, and on the W&OD trail. There is a shorter 5KM alternative available. |

| Fees: | The fee for IVV credit only is $3. |
| Stipulations: | Pets must be under control at all times and must be picked up after. Pets are not allowed in the start point. Restrooms, water, and food will be available in the shopping center of the the start point and at the Lake. Restrooms are available at several locations along both trails. |

From the east from the Capital Beltway via VA-267(Dulles Toll Road): Use Exit 45A if driving from the north or Exit 45 if driving from the south on I-495 to head west on VA-267 (Dulles Toll Road). Keep in the right lanes (avoiding the left lanes that force you to go all the way to Dulles airport). Drive west for 8.0 miles to Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). Take Exit 12 and turn right at the end of the ramp to drive north on Reston Parkway. At the second traffic signal at Bluemont Way, turn left and drive for one very short and two longer blocks to Library St. Turn right on Library Street and turn right again to access free parking in a multi-story ramp. Take stairs or an elevator down to the street level, exit the ramp, turn left, and walk about 20 meters to the Potomac River Running Store on your left. From the west via VA-267 (Dulles Toll Road): Drive east on VA-267 (Dulles Toll Road) to Exit 12 (Reston Parkway). Turn left at the end of the ramp to drive north on Reston Parkway. At the second traffic signal at Bluemont Way, turn left and drive for one very short and two longer blocks to Library St. Turn right on Library Street and turn right again to access free parking in a multi-story ramp.
