6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and divided in half
8 ounces cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped
24 slices bacon, raw
Cream cream cheese and green onions together; form into 12 walnut-sized balls. Wrap half a chicken breast around each one and two slices bacon around that (in such a way as to cover as much of the chicken as possible.) Secure each little bundle with a toothpick or two. Broil them on a rack with a drip pan underneath, about 6-8" away from the broiler unit. Turn the chicken breasts occasionally and broil them about 30 minutes or until the bacon is well done.

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, medium, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tomatoes, diced
1-4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped with juice
Coat pieces of chicken with oil and brown in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook several minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add tomatoes and mushrooms with juice. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes until tender.

1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
3 large chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/4 cups light cream
1-3oz can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 oz swiss cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
Combine 1/4 cup flour, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper. Coat chicken breasts with flour. Brown in butter. Add 2 tablespoon water. Simmer, covered, 25-30 minutes. Remove chicken to a 11x7x2 baking dish; reserve drippings.
Combine 2 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cream. Stir into reserved drippings in skillet. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Drain mushrooms and add with lemon juice to sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees till hot through, 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with swiss cheese. Bake uncovered till cheese melts 1-2 minutes.
1/2 pound chicken livers, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper
3 tablespoon bacon fat
Mix crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip livers into crumb mixture. Fry slowly in bacon fat in preheated frying pan until browned on all sides -- 8-10 minutes.
8 cucumbers
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt
2-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 can Chow Mein noodles
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
paprika
Cut lengthwise strips from cucumbers; spear each one on a toothpick and form sail. Scoop out cucumber pulp; dice, and mix with vinegar and salt. Salt cucumber shells; invert to drain. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce. Combine chicken, 3/4 can noodles, mayonnaise-soy sauce mixture,and diced cucumber mixture. Pile into cucumber "boats", sprinkle with rest of noodles and paprika. Set "sails" upright.
